CiLI is excited to kick off our donation campaigning with a raffle! We will be raffling off a pair of tickets for two lucky winners to attend the SAINTS game happening here in New Orleans at the Superdome this Sunday, August 25, 2024!

- We will give the seat numbers to the winner.
- The drawing is set for Friday, August 23, 2024 at 8:00 PM.
- The tickets will be transferred to the winner through Seat Geek or their account.

Our mission. Born of the need to reduce racial disparities and fill critical talent gaps in the NOLA workforce, the Career Immersion & Leadership Institute (CILI) seeks to:
- Reduce unemployment and underemployment of college educated students in the local workforce.
- Create, find, and strengthen pathways for college students of color to access employment opportunities and competitive wages.
- Connect BIPOC students to paid career development opportunities, supporting personal and professional growth as they transition from academic to adult life.
